Colors Arise is the first song to introduce Ryuseitai Power Up, i.e. switching from their previous logo to the new logo and new unit formation, as seen in the MV. Shortly after this song and its event, Ryuseitai’s new unit system was introduced (all leaders). In this case, this is Tetora’s song as the leader. Supervillain details how these changes begin to happen!
“Ryuseitai Power Up” is how the new Ryuseitai was introduced by the game, as shown in this video. You can compare the changes with their previous introduction video from 2019.
