Q. Where would you go on a first date?
I’d like to go to a theme park! ‘Cuz there’s all sortsa things we could do there together, like going on a buncha rides, pickin’ out souvenirs, and so much more~♪
I think anywhere would be fun, as long as I’m with the person I love, but… For me, it’d be even more fun if we were at a place that has yuruchara.
I would love an opportunity to lead the way around a ninja village! I want to show all there is to know about my favorite thing! Be it by witnessing ninjutsu together, having a first-hand experience with it, or anything else of the like~♪
A date means going to the amusement park! There’s roller coasters, the ferris wheel, and most of all, hero shows! The day would pass by in a flash! ☆
on warm days, i would like to have fun at the [ocean]~ and in the colder seasons, we can visit the [aquarium]…♪
Q. What are the last texts you’ve exchanged with a unit member?
I messaged everyone to decide on when to have our next practice session together! Midori-kun’s the only one who hasn’t responded yet, so I’m just gonna go and ask him directly!
My parents gave me lots of vegetables, so I asked everyone in my unit if they’d like some before I offered them to anyone else. I’ll bring the vegetables over to them later.
Tetora-kun sent me our agenda for the practice session, so I replied to that! I’m in charge of booking us a practice room~♪
I got my hands on some ninja-themed sentai merchandise, so I couldn’t help but message Sengoku about it. It made me happy to get a text praising how cool it looks! ☆
i messaged chiaki that i am at the [ocean]. he gets [worried] when i do not tell him [where] i am.
Q. Why are you so cool?
Maybe it’s ‘cuz everyone’s always supporting me? Also, if you think my constant hard work towards my goal is somethin’ “cool”, then I’m real happy ‘bout that!
I don’t really know how to answer that… But I think that it’s thanks to my parents that I was born with this face, so I’ll express my gratitude to them later…
I-I’m cool? It surprises me to hear that, but I’d certainly be glad if you consider ninjas to be something cool!
It might be because I dream of becoming a hero. And not just any hero, but a “cool” one…☆
it is because there are so many [cool] people around me~ so maybe i am also more likely to be seen as cool along with them…?
Q. What are your best subjects?
I’m confident with my practical classes, like P.E. and home economics~♪ I wanna get better at theory-based subjects too, but it’s pretty difficult for me…
Math’s my best subject, or more like, it’s the only thing I can do…? I’m not at all good with other subjects, so I think I’m pretty compatible with it.
I’ve got a bit of confidence when it comes to Japanese history! I studied a whole lot to make myself well-versed with the era of ninjas~♪
My best subjects are the liberal arts, like Japanese literature and language! And my weakest subject is Math. I would always study until late at night before a test for that class.
[history] and [biology] might be my best subjects? well, i say [biology], but i actually mean [fish]…♪
Q. What’s the first thing you do when you wake up these days?
I heard it’s good for your health if you drink a glass of water in the morning, so I do that. After that, I go out for my morning training routine.
I play a yuruchara game on my phone. That’s the best way to spend time whenever you want to lie in bed for a little longer.
I try to do exercises that help you grow taller. I hope it works out, even if I only grow a tiny bit more~
I begin my day with a fresh start by doing radio exercises!1 I get to move every muscle in my body in an efficient manner, and it also feels really good to refresh my mind and body first thing in the morning!
i have new [fishies] in my room’s [water tanks], so i [check] how they are doing when i [greet] them~♪
Q. What do you want to do at a summer festival?
I wanna check out all sortsa festival stalls~ Like the one for scoopin’ up goldfish! I bet it’d also be fun to go against someone and see who can scoop up the most!
Yuruchara masks are being sold lately, so if there’s a stall selling them, I’d like to check it out. I might buy one if I find anything I like.
Festivals can only mean one thing, and that’s street food! I’d like to be deliberate about what I choose to eat. I’ve been curious to know what sort of texture the tornado potatoes have~♪
Before calling it a day at the festival, how does buying sparklers sound? I’d love to talk with my friends and comrades about our time at the festival all the while. That would definitely make it the best summer ever…☆
i would probably [sweat] from the humidity, so i would like to [hydrate] myself by eating [chilled pineapple]~2
Q. What memories do you have of summer break homework?
I’m real bad at studying, so I can’t help but procrastinate on my homework… But I never do anythin’ like copying off answers from a classmate!
Helping out at my family’s store makes the days go by so fast that it becomes August in no time, so… Oh, actually, I remember making a yuruchara with the cardboard boxes we had at the shop…
Why, I made my research project about ninjas, of course! My teacher praised me for it, saying it was thoroughly organized~♪
I would always work on my homework a little at a time each day after my morning radio exercises.1 I always felt refreshed thanks to the exercise, and it helped me progress through the homework by a lot!
ahh, mikejima would sometimes bring over [homework], yes… i simply just watched, you know?
Note: In Japan, summer break homework comes in variety, from completing workbooks, to doing a creativity project.
Q. What would you do if you encountered a ghost?
I’ll fight back with my karate to protect everyone! Ah, but are physical attacks even effective on ghosts in the first place…?
I feel like I’d panic and end up showing a really pathetic side of myself… Ahh, then again, if someone even more afraid than me was around, I think it’d actually make me feel calm instead?
Choosing not to fight against an unwinnable opponent is a praiseworthy strategy of its own. I would use a smoke screen with my ninpou, so as to make an escape away from the ghost!
Eeeek!? Ghost!? S-S-S-Sorry. This is the one topic I can’t for the life of me talk about, so let me pass on this one, please…!

Note: Out of all 49 idols that answered this question, only Chiaki is positioned at the very far top of the ghost chart, whereas only Hiiro is positioned at the very far bottom.
Q. What’s your favorite kind of ramen?
Instant noodles at night are the best! Heh, and I just recently mastered using the kettle, so I’m pretty good at makin’ cup noodles!4
I guess I like ramen with lots of vegetables in it. Like cabbage, bean sprouts… It gives the ramen a lot of substance, so it keeps me full.
The abura soba I ate with Tetora-kun and Midori-kun was delicious.5 And when I was almost done, I added rice onto the bowl and ate up the whole meal!
I was recently introduced to a ramen restaurant that uses seafood soup, so… I always eat at that restaurant whenever I’m in the mood for ramen!
i am [not good] with hot things, so when there is [chilled chinese noodles] in the [cafeteria’s menu], i go with that~
Q. What’s a TV program you’d like to appear on for New Year’s?
It’s more like an event rather than a program, but… I heard that in the new year, there’s a dojo where you do karate as you’re submerged in the sea, and I’d like to join in!
I’d rather relax on New Year’s… But I might feel motivated to appear on a program if there’ll also be yuruchara in it…?
I would like to appear on a history program! I want to know what ninjas used to do during the end of the year!
Would it be possible to interview athletes participating in a relay race? I’d love to have talks with athletes who juggle between relay races and schoolwork!
i would love to appear on a [cooking show]. we will make the new year’s feast with ingredients like [sea bream] and [kombu]~♪
Q. How far can you do an outside activity alone?
I’m pretty interested in tryin’ out camping alone! I’ll have to prepare all the tools first… and I also wanna attempt making camp food!
I stand out easily because of my tall height, so I’d rather not go to places where there’s people. If I had to, at most I’d go to a yuruchara event.
Ninjas always conceal themselves in solitude, so I have been training myself in the park all alone. But lately, Mayoi-dono has joined me in training, and that makes me happy! ♪
On my days off, I go watch hero shows in my personal time. But of course, the kiddos come first, so I make sure to watch from the back!
going to the [aquarium] alone is a lovely experience of its own, you know~♪ it is soothing to take your time and look at all the [water tanks]~

The following is purely speculation, but as an example, Shinobu is shy in front of strangers, so he isn’t well-versed with navigating an activity alone in public. But ninjas work in solitude, so he is capable of ninja training alone for a long time. On the contrary, Chiaki is well-versed with how to approach a hero show as someone older than the general audience, but he can’t go that far alone as he usually prefers to spend time with others.
Q. What kind of songs do you sing at karaoke?
You can’t do karaoke without exciting songs~♪ I also like having food there too, so I order a buncha stuff, like french fries and pizza!
I’d rather not stand out, so I leave the singing to everyone else. Ah! But if a Ryuseitai song gets chosen, I might sing my part at least.
It’s fun to sing, of course, but when there’s a soft serve ice cream machine in the drink bar, I can’t resist being drawn to it~♪
There’s nothing more fun than singing hero songs in chronological order! I know every transformation pose, so I strike the poses along with the video! ☆
i sing [songs] that i can sing together with everyone~ singing makes my [throat] dry, so i make sure i have water at the [ready].
Q. What’s the focus of today’s coordinated outfit?
I put on a cap to give it a try! As an idol, I have to be aware of the fashion trends, so I’m on a fashion style trainin’ regime!
I don’t have much interest in fashion, so I practically always wear the same shirt and pants… I don’t really get how to coordinate clothes…
It’s hard to tell from afar, but there’s embroidery of a ninja on the chest area. I found this at the souvenir section~♪
Why, the burning flame of Red, of course! …Oh, sorry, that explanation didn’t make much sense, huh? The red line in my shirt is the key point! ♪
i chose [clothes] that will dry up easily even if i water-bathe~ with these [clothes], i can [puka puka] anytime~♪

Now that the idols have answered your questions, choose five idols you found interesting! Once you’ve chosen, you’ll get to play or watch their first center song!
