[ES!!] POWER UP! All Leader Ryuseitai (Leader turns)

🌠 Every time Ryuseitai took turns being the leader after the Ryuseitai POWER UP 🌠
POWER UP refers to Ryuseitai's switch from their previous formation to the all-leader system, taking turns as the leader depending on the project!
🖤 2023/1/31 Supervillain - Tetora as leader 🖤
Around the last parts of the story, Tetora and co. play as the evil-tainted heroes for the show 'Supervillains'. Tetora acts as the leader of the supervillain unit "Ryuseitai-Black (RB)". Tetora's efforts throughout the story end on a massive success for the unit RB, and it inspires the idea of a new direction for Ryuseitai itself.
After the decision was reached, Ryuseitai-Black (RB) officially became the first established Ryuseitai under the new all-leader system! The MV, Colors Arise, showcases the change itself, with Tetora as the center and leader.

Ryuseitai have a specific leader even for small campaigns! For the Japan Railway Tokai collab, there was a special office outfit included, and only the leaders wore a hat. Chiaki's the leader for this job!

To assist in Ra*bits' plan to show different types of Ra*bits, Ryuseitai act as the "hero sentai squad" alternate version. Chiaki plays Tomoya, the leader, as the concept has to do with what he loves: hero shows & tokusatsu.

Midori's first time as the leader was settled through a ladder lottery. Unit name is "Yuruseitai". He leads the unit that expresses love for yurucharas! MV is RELAX PARADISE.

Ryuseitai have a specific leader even for small campaigns! For the fireworks campaign, Tetora appears in the campaign's story alongside the other unit leaders of StarPro, and gets to write his wish on the fireworks with them too!

Ryuseitai have a specific leader even for small campaigns! All characters that appeared for the login are leaders for their unit, and Shinobu was the leader for Ryuseitai!
💛 2024/1/15 ????? - Shinobu as leader 💛
Shinobu's first leader project is undisclosed, but canonically happened prior to Stella Maris (set in May). This is mentioned in Stella Maris, Prologue.
💙 2024/1/15 Stella Maris - Kanata as leader 💙
Kanata's first time as leader was only after the juniors got to be one. Kanata personally calls it "fish Ryuseitai", but it's officially called "Ryuseitai-C" (C=Cobalt blue). He leads the unit of stars who light up the world! MV is Bokura no Stella.

It's mentioned in the MC talks that Ryuseitai decided on what to do for the album live show together, rather than through one leader. MV is NEW DAYBREAK.
💚 2024/4/23 Free Scouts Challenge Campaign for 9th Anniversary - Midori as leader 💚
During the campaign to receive free scouts, the line-up was fixed to these 4 on the campaign page of the lives challenge. Each character is a unit leader from their respective agency.

Shinobu was the leader of a project that occurred between Stella Maris and WILDLAND. This is mentioned in WILDLAND, The Tiger Fumbles Around and Searches 2.

Tetora's 5* event as the leader of a project. This time, he explores Alice in Wonderland, something he initially didn't have interest in, to learn about its charms and express them through Ryuseitai! MV is WILDLAND SURVIVOR.
💛 2024/10/9 Heart Heat Beat (MV release campaign) - Shinobu as leader 💛
For the Live Festival banners of the (Season 2) B-songs, the leader was chosen regardless of the card's high rarity. Shinobu is shown as the banner for Heart Heat Beat! (※ Small exception is with Ra*bits' banner, that shows the former leader Nazuna)

The leaders blow kisses to the audience at a segment. Tetora was the one who did it for Ryuseitai! (Note: I didn't watch the Dream Live, so I'm going based on reports of the live)
