Ah, Anego! You’re here at the perfect time. I was just in the mood to talk to someone!
There’s a drama with a karateka as the main character, and I binge-watched the whole series the other day. It was super good!
I still feel so blown away even after I’ve finished it, and all the best scenes keep loopin’ in my head!
The main character was so manly, so upright and earnest, and he never lost heart even after his harsh past… He was just so cool!
Huh, come to think of it, he was kinda similar to Taishou in a way…?
Actually, he totally was! Taishou really is the man among men of all time!
I’m sure you’d get hooked too, Anego! It’s such a classic type’a emotional story~♪
I really felt for the main character by the end, that I couldn’t help tearin’ up a li’l…
I’m gonna grow and become a great, big man one day, just like the main character of that drama~!

The theme song for the drama was amazin’, too~ Every time there was an emotional scene, it’d come on at just the right timin’.
It’s a real catchy song, so I keep hummin’ it… Everyone in Ryuseitai even asked me what song I was hummin’.
I gotta improve myself even more so that I can sing songs like that! Songs that make you really feel the story!

Just the other day, Narukami-senpai told me that watching different kinds of series is another great way to train.
I didn’t really get it when she first told me…
But this drama that I watched on a whim ended up inspirin’ me a lot, so I finally get it now.
Ahaha, I totally do.1 I always check what TV drama is on right now, and whenever I find a good one, I get so absorbed into it.
But I’m not skippin’ out on training by watching dramas all the time!
Sometimes I watch ‘em while working out! I get to have new input and do some training, so it’s the perfect two birds with one stone~♪
I was just thinkin’ about that, actually.
So now that you mentioned it, I’d love to hear your recommendations if you have any, Anego!
