[ES!!] Cafe Cinnamon Interview (Midori Takamine)
What is Cafe Cinnamon to you?
Erm, my home is a greengrocer business, and we deliver vegetables to the cafe, while the cafe makes use of them… so I guess that…?
The cafe’s one of our regular customers, and I’m often asked to deliver vegetables there whenever I’m on my way to ES.
That’s why when I eat food at Cinnamon, I have moments when I’m like, “Wow, this is our vegetables…”. Oh yeah, actually — A while back, the cafe even added a menu item I came up with for a new sweets idea contest… It’s a parfait in the shape of a yuruchara.1 Heheh, just remembering it soothes me…♪
Which menu item do you like?
I personally like the “Fresh Tomato Genovese Pasta”. Since I really like basil…2 I often have it for lunch. There’s also a daily special pasta in Cinnamon, so that’s pretty fun to pick as a meal.

I really don’t know if I’m qualified to say much, but… There’s a lot of different menu items in Cinnamon, so please do try making them. Maybe I’ll also challenge myself to make “Tuscan Potato Fries” next time…
